CAPOL: Termination of Agreement Transfer

CAPOL announced that the agreement for the transfer of 9.825 million shares planned by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Tang Chongwu and his concerted actors Xu Huafang, Huai'an Xutian, and Huai'an Zhongtian has been terminated. Previously, the transfer agreement was signed on October 7, 2024, but the share transfer procedures had not been completed. The parties signed a supplementary agreement on August 26, 2025, deciding to terminate the share transfer transaction and voluntarily bear the related costs arising from the termination of the transaction.
