ASAC announced that the company's director and general manager, Tao Liangfeng, holds 4.8848 million shares, accounting for 0.51%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.2212 million shares, accounting for 0.13%, from September 17, 2025, to December 17, 2025, which represents 25% of his holdings; the director and CFO, Wang Guiqin, holds 3.6382 million shares, accounting for 0.38%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 909.5 thousand shares, accounting for 0.10%, which represents 25% of her holdings; the director, Shen Yicheng, holds 4.288 million shares, accounting for 0.45%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.072 million shares, accounting for 0.11%, which represents 25% of his holdings
