FRONTOP announced that the company plans to apply for a merger and acquisition loan of no more than 61 million yuan from the bank, to be used for paying the acquisition price and related taxes for 51% equity of Zhejiang Yugong Information Technology Co., Ltd. or replacing the self-raised funds paid in advance, with a loan term of no more than 10 years. The company will provide a pledge guarantee with 51% equity of its controlling subsidiary Yugong Technology. This loan aims to optimize the financing structure and improve the efficiency of fund utilization, and will not have a significant impact on the company's normal production and operation
