HOOTECH announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Xia Jun, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3,612,768 shares, accounting for 2.2969% of the company's total share capital; specific shareholder Xuzhou Botong plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1,106,000 shares, accounting for 0.7031% of the company's total share capital, among which Xia Jun and Ma Xiaobao will indirectly reduce their holdings through Xuzhou Botong by no more than 1,064,000 shares and 42,000 shares, respectively.
