Dongcheng Biochem: Plans to spin off its subsidiary Lanacheng for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Dongcheng Biochem announced that the company's supervisory board has approved the proposal for the spin-off of its subsidiary Yantai Lanna Cheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The initial issuance scale for Lanna is not to exceed 25% of the total share capital after the issuance is expanded, and an overall coordinator is granted an over-allotment option of up to 15% of the aforementioned H-share initial issuance scale. This spin-off listing plan needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review
