NANOMICRO announced that the company's shareholder Chen Ronghua plans to reduce the number of shares indirectly held in the company through centralized bidding and block trading, totaling no more than 10.8058 million shares, accounting for 2.6759% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period is from September 22, 2025, to December 21, 2025.
