Tianyang New Materials announced that its operating revenue in the first half of 2025 was 468 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 28.88%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 10.5626 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 4.4166 million yuan in the same period last year. No distribution of the semi-annual profit or transfer of capital reserve to increase share capital will be made during the reporting period
