XMGF announced that its shareholder Hengqin Hongtu Rongyao Venture Capital Partnership reduced its holdings on 2025/8/27 through centralized bidding at an average price of 48.67 yuan/share, reducing 1.93 million shares, accounting for 0.85%; on 2025/8/28, it reduced its holdings through block trading at an average price of 41 yuan/share, reducing 3.342 million shares, accounting for 1.47%; the total reduction over the two days was 5.272 million shares, accounting for 2.31%. After the reduction, it holds 1.8127 million shares, accounting for 0.80%
