J&T HI-TECH: Shareholders terminate the reduction of 2.5717 million shares
J&T HI-TECH announced that as of August 29, 2025, supervisor Du Yanqi has reduced his holdings by 1.8886 million shares through centralized bidding from July 4, 2025, to July 11, 2025, accounting for 0.9210% of the total share capital; shareholder Nanjing Jiajing has reduced his holdings by 2.0503 million shares through centralized bidding from July 4, 2025, to July 31, 2025, and reduced 521,400 shares through block trading on August 1, 2025, totaling a reduction of 2.5717 million shares, accounting for 1.2542% of the total share capital. Both parties have decided to terminate the original plan to implement the reduction within three months ahead of schedule
