According to the announcement from Jiayuan Technology (688388.SH), the company plans to acquire a portion of the equity of Wuhan Endatong Technology Co., Ltd. ("Endatong", "target company") through equity transfer and capital increase, with an investment amount of RMB 500 million, including an equity transfer price of RMB 150 million and a capital increase of RMB 350 million. After the completion of the equity transfer and capital increase, the company will hold 13.5870% of the equity of the target company. Following the completion of this investment, the target company will not be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.

It is reported that the target company Endatong is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of optoelectronic devices in the field of optical communication, with products including high-speed optical modules, active devices, passive devices, and other series products.
