# CR Double-Crane: Potassium Chloride Injection has received the approval notice for the drug supplementary application

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CR Double-Crane (600062.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Anhui Double-Crane") has recently received the "Drug Supplement Application Approval Notice" issued by the National Medical Products Administration (referred to as "NMPA") for potassium chloride injection. After review, the application for the additional specification of 10ml:1.5g has been approved, and a drug approval number has been issued. This product has passed the consistency evaluation of quality and efficacy for generic drugs.

Potassium chloride injection is used for the treatment and prevention of hypokalemia and is suitable for cases where oral potassium supplementation is not possible. The approval of the "Drug Supplement Application Approval Notice" for potassium chloride injection will be beneficial for future market sales and competition, and it has accumulated valuable experience for subsequent consistency evaluations of generic drugs
