CRHIC: Zhongyuan Equity and its concerted parties promise not to reduce their holdings in the company

On the evening of September 1st, CRHIC announced that its shareholder Zhongyuan Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. promised that it and its concerted parties, Henan Zhongyuan Guquan Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., would not reduce their holdings of the company's shares in any way for 36 months starting from June 28, 2025, except for internal transfers among Zhongyuan Equity and its concerted parties. As of now, Zhongyuan Equity and its concerted parties hold a total of 151 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.81% of the company's total share capital
