NORTHKING TECH. announced that its actual controller and one of the controlling shareholders, the concerted actor Dao Enterprise Management Partnership, has changed its name to YuanDao Venture Capital Partnership and completed the registration procedures for the industrial and commercial change. This change only involves the shareholder's own information and does not involve changes to the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor does it alter the company's governance and business activities
