# Keli plans to acquire 45% equity of its controlling subsidiary Huahong Technology for 122 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Keli (603662.SH) announced that the company intends to acquire a total of 45% equity (corresponding to 19.125 million shares) from minority shareholders Chen Chunjiang, Pan Yuehong, Chen Xiang, and Lin Lizhen of its controlling subsidiary Fuzhou Huahong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huahong Technology") for cash, with a transaction price of approximately 122 million yuan. After the acquisition is completed, the company will hold 96% equity in Huahong Technology, and the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements will remain unchanged.

After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 96% equity in Huahong Technology, further enhancing the company's control over its subsidiaries, improving operational and decision-making management efficiency, reducing management costs and controlling risks, and achieving optimal allocation of the company's overall resources, which aligns with the company's long-term development strategy
