# CONSYS: Liang Hongjian plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CONSYS (688788.SH) has issued a notice stating that Mr. Liang Hongjian has provided a "Notice on the Share Reduction Plan of Shenzhen CONSYS Technology Co., Ltd." Due to personal funding needs, Mr. Liang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.7122 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement
