On September 2nd, China Power announced that the company's director and general manager, Shi Jun, applied to resign from his positions as director, member of the board's technology committee, and general manager due to a job transfer. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. The resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors.
