Befar announced that as of September 2, 2025, the shareholder Binzhou Heyi Industrial Investment Partnership has cumulatively increased its holdings in the company by 42.0563 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 2.04% of the company's total share capital. The number of shares held increased from 165 million shares to 188 million shares, and the shareholding ratio rose from 8.02% to 9.13%. The funds for the increase in holdings come from self-owned funds and special bank loans, executing a plan to increase holdings with an amount not less than 140 million yuan and not exceeding 280 million yuan
