# PROLTO: Chen Shuzhi reduced his holdings by 3.0000%

PROLTO announced that shareholder Chen Shuzhi, holding more than 5% of shares, will reduce holdings of 3.6648 million shares through centralized bidding from July 29, 2025, to September 1, 2025, with an average reduction price of 8.7 yuan/share, accounting for 1.0000% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account, and 0.9817% of the company's total share capital; and will reduce holdings of 7.3297 million shares through block trading, with an average reduction price of 7.76 yuan/share, accounting for 2.0000% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account, and 1.9634% of the company's total share capital. The total reduction through both methods amounts to 10.9945 million shares, accounting for 3.0000% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account, and 2.9451% of the company's total share capital, with the reduction plan completed
