# SUNWARD provides a loan guarantee of USD 48 million for its subsidiary Avmax

Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. announced that as of the announcement date, the total external guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries exceed 50% of the most recent audited net assets. On September 3, 2025, the company signed a "Guarantee Contract" with the Hunan Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China to provide joint liability guarantees for a loan of USD 48 million applied for by its wholly-owned subsidiary Avmax. The 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders approved the company to provide guarantees for Avmax totaling no more than RMB 86.58 million, leaving a remaining available guarantee limit of RMB 16.71256 million after this guarantee. As of June 30, 2025, the company's balance of external guarantees is RMB 307.28418 million, accounting for approximately 66.59% of the most recent audited net assets, with no violations of external guarantee regulations
