# The board of directors of SHANXI FEN WINE has been re-elected, nominating candidates for the new board of directors

On September 3, 2025, Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Distillery Co., Ltd. held the 77th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors to review and approve relevant proposals for the re-election of the board. The board agreed to nominate Yuan Qingmao and 6 others as candidates for non-independent directors of the 9th board, and Zhou Peiyu and 4 others as candidates for independent directors of the 9th board, with a term of three years starting from the date of election by the shareholders' meeting. The qualifications of the candidates have been reviewed and approved, and the qualifications of the independent director candidates have been filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange without objection. Before the new board members take office, the members of the 8th Board of Directors will continue to perform their duties. The announcement also disclosed the resumes and shareholding situations of each candidate. Except for Liu Weihua, who holds 1,400 shares of A-shares, the other candidates do not hold shares, and most meet the qualifications for office
