GCPC: Obtained land use rights for 61,356.36㎡ and 25,135.09㎡
GCPC announced that the company has completed the land ownership registration procedures and obtained the "Real Estate Certificate" issued by the Natural Resources Bureau of Huicheng District, Huizhou City. The land areas obtained are 61,356.36㎡ and 25,135.09㎡, which will be used for the investment and construction of a precision component and intelligent manufacturing production base project, in line with the company's strategic planning layout. The total planned investment scale for the project is 1.068 billion yuan
