Longda announced that the reduction plan of Wuxi Guolian Industrial Upgrade Investment Center, a shareholder holding more than 5%, has expired. From June 5, 2025, to September 4, 2025, it will reduce its holdings by 2,467,700 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.9997% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction price of 17.3 to 22.82 yuan per share. Before the reduction, it held 21,556,300 shares, accounting for 8.73%; currently, it holds 19,088,600 shares, accounting for 7.73%, consistent with the original plan of "reducing no more than 2,468,571 shares, no more than 1%."
