# PNC provides guarantees for its subsidiaries, with a cumulative guarantee amount within the limit

Shanghai PNC Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will provide guarantees for its wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries System Integration, BoHui Technology, and Zhuhai Zhiwei. This time, guarantees of 350 million, 20 million, and 48 million yuan will be provided for System Integration, BoHui Technology, and Zhuhai Zhiwei respectively. As of the announcement date, the cumulative guarantee balances are 647 million, 63 million, and 0 million yuan, all within the limits approved by the shareholders' meeting. By the end of 2024, the asset-liability ratio of System Integration will exceed 70%, and investors should pay attention to the risks. As of the announcement date, the total amount of actual external guarantees provided by the company is 2.995 billion yuan, accounting for 62% of the audited net assets attributable to the parent company for the year 2024, with no overdue guarantee situations
