According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, YOFC (601869.SH) announced that its shareholder YCIG plans to reduce its holdings of the company's A-shares by no more than 1.1 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.15% of the total shares of the company, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement due to its own operational development needs
