
Beijing Li'er has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with SenseTime and Xiwang

BJLE has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with SenseTime Technology and Hangzhou Xiwang to jointly research AI computing power cooperation, the development and application of industrial manufacturing and decision-making AI models. The cooperation will promote the sales and application of Xiwang AI chips, with plans to establish a computing power business consortium, prioritizing the use of the mass-produced S1, S2, and the upcoming S3 inference chips. This move will help the company expand its industrial manufacturing and decision-making AI-related businesses
According to the announcement from BJLE (002392.SZ), the company (Party B) has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with SenseTime (Party A) and Hangzhou Xiwang Chip Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xiwang", Party C) to jointly research and explore strategic cooperation in areas such as AI computing power collaboration, the development and application of industrial manufacturing and decision-making AI vertical models, and the development and promotion of related intelligent agents.
The three parties will jointly promote the sales of Party C's AI chips and their application in different fields. Under stable and reliable market demand, Party B and Party C will research and explore the establishment of a joint entity for computing power business, primarily focusing on the already mass-produced S1, S2, and the upcoming S3 inference chips, supplemented by chips from other AI chip manufacturers. When conditions are ripe, both parties will jointly establish a team to advance the relevant business. Currently, several steel enterprises are entering the data center construction business, and Party B can leverage its good customer relationships to actively promote the use of Party C's AI chips or the computing power leasing facilities jointly researched and explored by both parties in the AI data center business of relevant steel enterprises.
