The pledge start date is September 3, 2025, with the pledged shares accounting for 69.20% of its holdings and 6.80% of the company's total share capital. The pledgee is CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the pledge is to provide shares for exchange to the holders of exchangeable bonds and to guarantee the principal and interest repayment of the exchangeable bonds
