MANY IDEA CLOUD (06696.HK) announced a proposed rights issue of 1 for 6, issuing up to 576 million shares; the rights issue price is HKD 0.4753, a discount of 22.08% compared to the last trading day (4th). The total fundraising amount is HKD 274 million, with a net amount of HKD 273 million, of which approximately 92% is intended for the development of AI models; the remainder will be used to purchase media resources
