According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Guanhao High-tech (600433.SH) announced that its shareholder Yue Chuangtou plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 17.5028 million shares through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which means the reduction will not exceed 1% of the total number of the company's shares
