BJCA: The controlling shareholder has changed to Beijing Data Group

BJCA announced that on September 4, 2025, Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. will transfer 70.8558 million shares it holds in the company to Beijing Data Group free of charge, completing the transfer registration, which accounts for 26.24% of the total shares of the company. At the same time, Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. has also completed the transfer registration procedures for all state-owned shares of Capital Information directly held by it to Beijing Data Group free of charge. After this transfer, Beijing Data Group will directly and indirectly hold a total of 52.48% of the company's shares, becoming the controlling shareholder of the company. The actual controller of the company remains Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd
