According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHENGDA PHARMA (301201.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Shenzhen Qianhai Shengtai Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), which holds 11.0069 million shares (accounting for 7.27% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 11.0069 million shares (accounting for 7.27% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (from September 29, 2025, to December 28, 2025)
