# XDC's actual controller and senior executives plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3.03% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XDC (300615.SZ) announced that Mr. Shi Weiping, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager, currently holds 55.0076 million shares of the company, accounting for 28.47% of the total shares. Mr. Shi Weiping plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 5.7968 million shares (approximately 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement.

Mr. Sun Hailong, the company's director, deputy general manager, and board secretary, currently holds 270,000 shares of the company, accounting for 0.14% of the total shares. Mr. Sun Hailong plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 67,500 shares (approximately 0.0349% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
