# AOHAI TECHNOLOGY: Jian AoYue plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.57%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AOHAI TECHNOLOGY (002993.SZ) announced that it recently received a "Notice of Share Reduction Plan" issued by Ji'an Aoyue. Ji'an Aoyue plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 7 million shares (inclusive) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement date (i.e., from September 29, 2025, to December 28, 2025), accounting for 2.57% of the company's current total shares (excluding the number of shares in the company's repurchase special securities account)
