# Southchip plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 1.933 billion yuan for multiple chip research and production projects

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Southchip (688484.SH) disclosed a plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects. The company plans to issue no more than 19.3338 million convertible corporate bonds (including the principal), with a total fundraising amount not exceeding RMB 1.933 billion (inclusive). The initial conversion price will not be lower than the average trading price of the company's A-share stock over the twenty trading days prior to the announcement of the fundraising prospectus and the average trading price of the company's A-share stock on the previous trading day.

The net proceeds from the fundraising, after deducting issuance costs, will be used for the research and development and industrialization projects of power management chips in the field of intelligent computing power, research and development and industrialization projects of automotive chips, and research and development and industrialization projects of sensors and control chips for industrial applications
