# The actual controller of Runhe High-Tech Materials and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Runhe High-Tech Materials (300727.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted parties, Zhejiang Runhe Holdings Co., Ltd., Ye Jianping, Yu Caijuan, Ma Jincui, Ninghai Xie Run Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Ninghai Yongchun Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 5.396 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of this announcement, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital
