According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUHUAN CNC MACHINE TOOL (002903.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 1.04 million restricted stocks to 37 incentive recipients at a grant price of 11.46 yuan per share. The validity period of this incentive plan is from the completion date of the restricted stock grant registration until all restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients are fully released from restrictions or repurchased and canceled, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
