Yorkville Acquisition, a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company, announced that it will change its name to Trump Media Group CRO Strategy in connection with its proposed merger transaction with Trump Media & Technology Group, Inc. Yorkville Acquisition's common stock will trade on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol "MCGA" beginning at the opening of trading on September 8, 2025. All stock transactions, filings, and market-related information will also be reported under this ticker symbol. Yorkville Acquisition, a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company, will trade on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbols "MCGAU" and "MCGAW," respectively. (Globenewswire)
