GREENSUM ECOLOGY: Plans to invest no more than 56.1 million yuan to establish an overseas subsidiary

GREENSUM ECOLOGY announced that the company plans to establish wholly-owned subsidiaries in the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, and Kyrgyzstan, and intends to invest in the construction of a seedling breeding base through the Kyrgyzstan subsidiary. The total investment amount will not exceed RMB 56.1 million, with funding sourced from the company's own funds. This move aims to promote the development of overseas business and enhance international competitiveness. Currently, the investment project is still in the planning stage and will require domestic foreign investment filing approval procedures as well as local investment permits and business registration approvals in the overseas locations
