# GREENSUM ECOLOGY plans to invest in the construction project of a seedling breeding base in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan

According to the announcement from GREENSUM ECOLOGY (300948.SZ), in order to promote the development of the company's overseas business, better serve overseas customers, and enhance the company's international competitiveness, the company plans to establish wholly-owned subsidiaries in the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, and Kyrgyzstan based on its overall strategic plan. It intends to use the Kyrgyzstan subsidiary as the investment entity to invest in the construction project of a seedling breeding base in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

This investment will be funded by the company's own capital, with a total investment amount not exceeding RMB 56.1 million, primarily used for the establishment and operation of overseas companies, infrastructure construction and renovation, equipment procurement, marketing system development, procurement of seedling seeds and other raw materials, as well as working capital for related matters. The actual investment amount will be subject to the approval amount from Chinese and local authorities
