Zhong Ke San Huan Co., Ltd. announced that its holding subsidiary Ningbo Ke Ning Da Industrial Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Ningbo Ke Ning Da He Feng New Materials Co., Ltd. recently received government subsidies of 3 million yuan, while its holding subsidiary Ningbo San Huan Magnetic Acoustics Trade Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Ningbo Zhong Ci Trading Co., Ltd. recently received government subsidies of 8.01 million yuan and 1.98 million yuan, respectively. The aforementioned subsidies are all related to revenue, with a total amount of 15.99 million yuan, accounting for 133.16% of the company's most recent audited net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company. The form of the subsidy is cash and is related to the company's daily operating activities. As of the date of this announcement, the aforementioned subsidies have been actually received
