According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, HIGHLY (600619.SH) announced that due to its internal business arrangements, the controlling shareholder Electric Holdings intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 10.7334 million shares of the company through centralized bidding transactions, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital. The reduction period will be within three months starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure of this reduction plan
