HAIMO announced that shareholder Dou Jianwen reduced his holdings in the company by 4.102 million shares through competitive bidding and after-hours pricing transactions from September 2, 2025, to September 5, 2025, accounting for 0.80% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity, Dou Jianwen and his concerted actors' shareholding ratio decreased from 9.57% to 8.77%. This reduction complies with the previously disclosed reduction plan, and the number of shares reduced is within the planned range; the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
