# CGEE: Plans to raise no more than 35 specific investors through a private placement

CGEE announced that the company intends to acquire all shares of Beijing Weizhun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. held by 10 trading counterparties, including BenShang Technology, through the issuance of shares and cash payment, thereby gaining control of Weizhun Intelligent. At the same time, it will raise supporting funds not exceeding 35 qualified specific objects. The payment method for this transaction will be through the issuance of shares and cash payment, with the issuance price for the share purchase of assets set at 28.93 yuan per share
