# Highlander: The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has accepted the company's application for issuing shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds

Highlander announced that the company recently received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds by Beijing Highlander Data Technology Co., Ltd. This transaction method includes issuing shares and paying cash to acquire 100% equity of Hainan Highlander Huanyu Ocean Information Technology Co., Ltd., and plans to issue stocks to no more than 35 specific investors to raise supporting funds. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has verified the application documents and decided to accept them. This transaction still requires approval from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and registration consent from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, which carries uncertainty
