According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TES (003019.SZ) announced that its shareholder Songbao Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Songbao Investment") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.2992 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (from October 9, 2025, to January 8, 2026)
