HUAMIN: Plans to cancel 15,450 stock options
On September 8, 2025, HUAMIN held the 17th meeting of the fifth board of directors, reviewing and approving the proposal on the cancellation of part of the stock options. It agreed to cancel a total of 15,450 stock options that were not exercised by the expiration of the second exercise period and those granted to departing incentive recipients that had been granted but not yet exercised. The reasons for the cancellation are as follows: first, one incentive recipient left the company, resulting in the cancellation of 6,450 options; second, the second exercise period expired on August 29, leading to the cancellation of 9,000 options. After the cancellation, the number of stock options granted but not yet exercised is 2,414,000. This cancellation has no significant impact on the company's finances, operations, or team stability, and the relevant procedures have received the necessary approvals and authorizations, in compliance with regulations
