# Cosonic's controlling shareholder plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.59%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Cosonic (300793.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Dongguan Wenfu Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wenfu Investment"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6 million shares (accounting for 1.59% of the total share capital excluding the shares held in the repurchase special securities account) within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from September 30, 2025, to December 29, 2025)
