# Lily Group's actual controller plans to reduce holdings by no more than 2.9 million shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Lily Group (603823.SH) stated that on September 8, 2025, it received a notice from its actual controller, Mr. Chen Lirong. Based on his personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings of the company's unrestricted tradable shares by no more than 2.9 million shares (accounting for 24.81% of his unrestricted tradable shares and 0.70% of the company's total share capital) within three months from the 15 trading days after the announcement (from October 9, 2025, to January 8, 2026), through centralized bidding or block trading, with the reduction price determined based on market prices
