# NISCO provides a guarantee of 30 million yuan for its holding subsidiary Henan Helix Technology

On September 9, 2025, Nanjing Steel Co., Ltd. signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Anyang Branch of Zhongyuan Bank, providing a joint liability guarantee of 30 million yuan for its holding subsidiary, Henan Nanjing Steel Helix New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., with counter-guarantee involved. This guarantee is within the previously estimated limit, and after it occurs, the new guarantee limit for the subsidiary in 2025 will be 55 million yuan, with an available new guarantee limit of 5 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the total external guarantees provided by the company and its wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries amount to 10.485 billion yuan, accounting for 40.28% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantee situations. This guarantee is to meet the operational needs of the subsidiary, the risk is controllable, and it will not have an adverse impact on the company
