# LANCY provides a guarantee for a subsidiary's loan of 70 million and accepts guarantees from related parties

LANCY announced that, in order to meet the funding needs for business development, its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Yiguan applied to Shanghai Pudong Development Bank for a loan of 70 million yuan, with LANCY providing a maximum joint liability guarantee. Beijing Yiguan pledged 70% equity of Hunan Yamei. The company's controlling shareholder Shen Dongri and his spouse Weng Jie provided a joint liability guarantee free of charge. In the fiscal year 2025, the total external guarantees of the company and its controlling subsidiaries shall not exceed 3.05 billion yuan. As of the announcement date, the total balance of external guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 1,062.16 million yuan, accounting for 38.11% of the audited net assets for the fiscal year 2024. This guarantee is within the approved limit and will not have a negative impact on the operations of the company and its subsidiaries, nor will it harm the interests of shareholders
