BOYA BIOLOGY: Completed the transfer of 80% equity in Jiangxi Boya Xinhao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd
BOYA BIOLOGY announced that the company has signed the "Shanghai Property Rights Transaction Contract" with Fuzhou High-tech Zone Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd., transferring 80% of the equity of Jiangxi Boya Xinhao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to Fuzhou High-tech Zone Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd. On September 8, 2025, Boya Xinhao has completed the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures. After the transfer is completed, the company directly holds 10.6869% of the equity of Boya Xinhao, and its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Boya Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd. holds 9.3131% of the equity of Boya Xinhao, and Boya Xinhao will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
